iFLY Indoor Skydiving - Jacksonville

Service was great. What they don’t tell you is that even if you pre-pay for the photo and video package, you will be charged for them afterwards, separately. Smh AND the you are in the booth flying for 1 minute, but the video they have available on their website is only th FIRST 20 seconds, which is mostly the time that the instructor is in the video with you. Smh I paid for the video and pictures when I bought the reservation. When I logged in to look at the videos and pictures, there was an additional charge for them. SMH a complete scam. I had fun in the venue, but I feel completely taken advantage of with the video and pictures experience. When I reserved my family’s time online I was under the impression that if I paid extra, the photos and videos would be included in the package. When I logged into the website, it said that I had to pay for each picture and each video individually. Smh And the videos were not the entire time we were in the flying booth. Only the first 20 seconds. Smh

This place was nothing short of amazing! The staff was phenomenal. I took my Girl Scout Troop and they had so much fun. Instructions were very clear and their instructor was wonderful with the girls. We purchased the picture and video packages and it was great. Definitely recommend.

We had such a fun and exciting day celebrating a birthday here! My kiddos had an amazing time, and the staff were super friendly and made everything even more enjoyable. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend for a fun, kid-friendly celebration!
