Bottom Line Up Front: I’ve moved more than twenty times, and Ideal Move is the most trustworthy, professional, and well-run moving company I’ve ever worked with. Their pricing transparency, communication, and flawless execution set them far above their competitors. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone seeking a reliable mover. Whitney and her team delivered an exceptional, seamless moving experience. The crew wrapped every piece of furniture meticulously, labeled boxes accurately, and everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. Communication was outstanding from the initial call through final delivery. The office staff was responsive, organized, and proactive. The moving crew was punctual, efficient, and consistently anticipatory of our needs. Their interaction with my aging mother was truly above and beyond—courteous, patient, and genuinely kind. They handled every item with care, protected floors and doorways, and worked together as a cohesive, professional team. The estimator conducted a thorough walkthrough and provided a clear, written, binding-not-to-exceed quote. The assessment was detailed, accurate, and free of the vague language that often leads to surprise charges. Their understanding of logistics and ability to anticipate potential challenges was evident throughout the process.
Ideal Move just helped my mom transition to the Windsor at Ortega. Whitney and her team did such an amazing job at making a stressful move so manageable and smooth. Everything was planned perfectly. The packing was flawless. They donated items she did not need and put everything away neatly. Her new home was perfectly organized and even her artwork was hung on the walls. I cannot say enough great things about them and highly recommend Ideal Move.
Our move-in process was made so much easier with the help of the great team from Ideal Move. Downsizing and moving from a house to an apartment is always challenging, but Lynn and her team unpacked scores of boxes and helped us set up everything we needed to make our new home comfortable and efficient the very first week we were there. Especially helpful was the great job they did hanging all of our pictures and artwork, which really made our new place feel like home! Thank you, Ideal Move, for all your help!
I cannot thank Ideal Move enough for the service, the speed and the commitment they made to making my parents move to an Assisted Living Community so comfortable. Heather, Alice and their team were efficient, detail oriented and enjoyable to work with. I am amazed at the process. They re-created my parents home for 23 years into their new home in just 2 days! My parents have mentioned, every day since moving in, “How comfortable they are being surrounded by familiar furnishings and things in much the same place that they were in their previous home”. There were many efficiency upgrades and aesthetic improvements because of the expertise that Ideal Move brought to the move. I am forever grateful to Ideal Move and the role they played in transitioning my parents to their forever home.
I have worked with Ideal Move for three different moves for my senior parents and I could not be more impressed at their professionalism, attention to detail and kind, compassionate approach. From a major downsize move across states with multiple drop-offs to a cross-town move into Memory Care, Ideal Move ensured everything happened on time, exactly how it was planned, all done efficiently, yet with no rushing. In three moves, nothing damaged, nothing lost and everything hung or situated exactly in its place as envisioned in their space plans. Most of all, the team really cared about making the move as easy as possible for everyone.
