I went to Ichiban to have my 2009 Dodge Ram bagged I wasn't sure if I really wanted to have such major custom job done. So after asking Doug 100s of questions that he answered no matter how stupid they were and he never seemed aggravated even when his shop was so busy he took the time before I spent a dime. The next day I dropped the truck off and he started on it and I couldn't be happier with the job they did I have won many shows and can't go anywhere without people checking it out saying how well the work was done. About a year later I took him my 2000 camaro SS and had him do a full black paint job that looks amazing and deep he also installed the ground effects kit and had the interior customized with new leather and stitching it has also won a few shows!! Doug is a awesome guy does amazing work and stands behind what he does 100% I will continue supporting him and his business!!
This is a great place of business. if your looking for down to earth people who know what they’re talking about and can fix your vehicle and isn’t going to try to rip you off then this is your auto mechanic. The owner is very respectful and will literally break down everything for you to understand in lament terms. And the fact the he will personally come tow your vehicle if it isn’t working is a plus. His prices are legit, he’s a good mechanic and he going to be brutally honest with you. If your vehicle is at its end and you would be better off purchasing another vehicle.. he’s going to tel you just that rather then charge you all this money to fix something he knows isn’t worth it. It’s an honest business and I highly recommend going there.
Best automotive place I have ever been to . very professional and courteous. Explained the issue and went over ever detail with me . Did not try to sell me stuff I did not need . Work was done in excellent time and very reasonable . My daughter even called when she had a accident . walked through the whole insurance procedure with her . Very pleased . Will now be my mechanic from now on .
The business looks abandoned. With the quality of service Im not surprised. He DESTROYED my GMC Sierra Z71 on a 6" lift. Stole 3,000.00.
I had my 98 S10 lowered ..it was done it the same day .and the price was great ..I'll be taking my next toy to them soon..
