I had consistently positive experiences at this establishment until recently. Typically, I bring my vehicle here for servicing, and Stefan has always been my primary point of contact. As a walk-in client, he usually informs me whether he can accommodate my service request. On one occasion, he was unable to assist me immediately but promptly scheduled an appointment for the following day. I am perfectly comfortable leaving my car there until 5 PM, as I prefer to drop it off and return home. Stefan has always kept me well-informed, and I have never encountered any issues. On April 14, 2026, my engine light illuminated for the second time. I brought the car in around 9:34 AM and inquired if it could be examined that same day. A different individual assisted me, and I now believe it would have been preferable to wait for Stefan. I recall the service advisor, Megan,(I believe thats her name I will update again to confirm)mentioning that she would attempt to fit it into their schedule. Subsequently, I did not receive any calls or updates. Around 3:54 PM, I contacted them for an update, and she informed me that the vehicle had not yet been inspected. When I asked if it would need to remain overnight, she confirmed that it would. This was unexpected. I felt it would have been appropriate for them to contact me to inform me that they would be unable to address the issue that day, which would have allowed me to explore other service options.I initially attributed the delay to a busy day, understanding that such situations can arise. I had hoped it might be completed early in the morning, as I called around 10:50 AM, but it had not yet been addressed. However, I remained optimistic that it would be. Upon calling again around 3:41 PM, I was informed that it was actively being looked at, and I was promised a call back within ten minutes. Unfortunately, I did not receive that call, and by then, I had decided to retrieve my car regardless of its status. I felt there was a lack of concern and communication on her part, with most of the initiative coming from me, despite my reliance on the car for transporting my child to school and for my commute to work. I arrived around 5:06 at the location, and she informed me that I was right on time, that the vehicle was ready, and that she was just about to call me. She explained the issue and mentioned she had the keys. I was eager to depart. I believe she noticed my readiness to leave, as she then offered me the option to depart immediately or wait for the paperwork, to which I responded that I would be leaving. I will not be seeking her assistance again. She need to communicate better with her clients. Never again.
Hattie Bramlitt: absolutely always dependable, responsible and professional. She knows her job plus plus and makes sure her clients get 100% of service needed. I’ve known her for 8 years and always impressed but her outstanding work ethic really came to play when she made sure my son’s vehicle was appropriately addressed relative to a current recall (when Ocala and GNV refused to honor the Warrenty claiming ownership issues). She also always returns calls quickly usually within the hour even if no message is left - amazing!!!! Hyundai of Orange Park service dept is great however reaches class act status because of her. Thank you, Hattie.
Representative Ronnie Bell was extremely helpful throughout the entire car-buying process. She wasn’t playing around and got straight to business, making everything quick, easy, and stress-free. She answered all my questions, stayed professional, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service. If you’re looking for someone who gets the job done and genuinely helps you, I highly recommend working with Ronnie Bell.
Visiting the area from out of town and had a blow out on my Elantra. Had the car towed to this dealership on a Sunday evening with a request for help ASAP. First thing Monday morning my car was being looked at and service advisor Hattie Bramlitt let me know what was needed. She went above and beyond in contacting my road hazard company, got the needed approvals and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. And they even washed my car! Thank you soooo much Hattie for your kindness and professionalism. If I lived in the area, Hyundai of Orange Park would be my go-to service center. Thanks again!!
I had a very disappointing experience with the Hyundai of Orange Park Service Department, primarily due to a complete breakdown in communication, accuracy, and professionalism. Scheduling was smooth. I scheduled my appointment online using my name and cell phone number, and I was able to reschedule for an earlier time without issue. Check-in upon arrival was also efficient. I arrived 30 minutes early, checked in using my name and cell number, and clearly indicated that I would be waiting in the service lobby. That’s where the experience unraveled. I waited nearly five hours with only one brief interaction. About two hours in, a technician noticed I was still waiting, asked for my name, and said she would check on my vehicle—but she never returned with an update. Because of the extended wait, my phone battery eventually died. To preserve what little charge I had left, I shut it down. When I briefly powered it back on, I received a call from my husband. In that short conversation (before the battery died again), I learned that the mechanic had been providing my husband with updates all afternoon—including a video of the repair, notice that a part needed to be ordered, and discussion about possibly keeping the car overnight. Meanwhile, I was sitting in the lobby—about five feet from the service desk and garage bay—with no information at all. When my husband couldn’t reach me due to my dead phone, he spent over an hour trying to reach the service department. A clerk eventually told him that I had left over an hour earlier with “a friend.” This was completely false. I was still sitting in the lobby, exactly where I had been all afternoon—five feet away from her. One technician did eventually call my husband back to confirm that I was still at the dealership and safe. While appreciated, this does not excuse the inaccurate information that was given, nor the assumptions that were made without verification. When I asked why my husband was being contacted instead of me—despite my physical presence and proximity to the service team—I was told that the dealership did not have my cell phone number on file. This was especially troubling, as the same cell number was used to schedule the appointment, reschedule it, and check in upon arrival. This experience reflected a concerning lack of attention, accountability, and respect. Trust and communication are essential in customer service—especially when a customer is waiting on site for hours. Both were eroded in one afternoon. I love my Hyundai and will likely purchase another in the future—but not from this dealership.
