The porter wrecked my car. I went in for an oil change a week ago, Monday. I finally had to contact the body shop to see where my car was because I’ve had zero communication with anyone at the dealership in the service department. Everyone’s either in a meeting all day, long or on the phone and cannot be courteous enough to return my call. I took my car in at 8:50 that Monday morning. I didn’t leave there until after 2 PM. I was told drive your own car. We don’t have a loaner. My husband told me to go back and let the dealership figure something out on a loaner because this was not my fault or my problem they needed to provide me a loaner car until they fixed mine. I will never buy a car from this place or take my car back to be repaired. I’m still waiting on my car finally 10 days later somebody has reached out to me. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. This place had my car for 3 weeks during that time I was lied to several times and I had to chase my car nobody had the courtesy to call me! 10/16/26 I called Ronnie Mansour at approximately 10:00 this morning who is the Manager. I was told he was in a meeting the young lady said that she would have him call me back… I am still waiting must be a long meeting. This place is a joke. I was willing to try again per my husband but not now. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!

I had a great experience with Amanda, she was amazing to work with! She was so personable and made everything feel super easy. We literally just sat in the car talking for a good while, and it made me feel like it was already my everyday SUV. Nothing felt forced or salesy at all. There was no pressure, or back and forth games, and she never made me feel like my number was unrealistic. Honestly, I couldn’t even tell if it was a well played sales tactic or if she just shows up being herself every day.. either way, it worked! Hyundai was never on my radar before I was recommended a Santa Fe, and I’m so glad I was because I love my Santa Fe! It’s so spacious, feels luxurious, a quiet ride, fun to drive and the cup holders holds my tumblers and Mason jar lattes lol. It’s perfect for my growing long-legged son and my long-legged fur baby. Amanda made the whole process simple and stress-free. Definitely ask for Amanda!
