I got the most GORGEOUS bouquet; they made sure the flowers were fresh and not wilted, as well as clearly arranged it with care and great taste. They even went the extra mile and HAND WROTE a note for me inside the I Lava You Pop Up Card I got. If I could give them 100 stars I would, as I've ordered flowers from MANY places and none of them even compared.

I have used these people for several funerals hospital visits between my husband, and I ordering the past two times they have not delivered. They do not block off their calendar to show you that they will not be there and it will let you place an order as well as pay for an order even though they know that order is not gonna be delivered. They did, however, refund my money, but I never even got an explanation. Or an apology. My family has been using this florist for many years and I don’t know what happened but their service and management are obsolete. If you want to guarantee that your flowers will be there. Don’t order through these people. I would also stay away from online ordering, I would call A local florist and make sure that they are actually gonna be there to deliver. But this company has failed to deliver flowers for me twice in a row. You take your chances when you order through Hurst. I checked around small operations like this one and pricing and arrangements are pretty much the same. If your flowers mean something, call someone else to make sure they will get them.
Flowers were ordered and delivered with no issues. The arrangement is beautiful! I will definitely recommend Hurst Florist.
