I should have left this review months ago. Working with Hoyt Stero was amazing from start to finish. We moved into our new home two weeks before Christmas and Joe with Hoyt came out and did a walk-through to look at the current speaker system and give us an estimate to hang our picture frame TV and add the Sonos system. We felt their price was extremely fair for what was going to be a labor intensive job. The install went seamlessly and we couldn’t be happier. We can’t wait to work with Hoyt Stero again in the future thank you again Joe for everything!
Came in looking for a new needle for my turntable and was welcomed with great service. The staff listened to my needs, my budget and the style of music I listen to. The process of getting my cartridge was fast and smooth and the team was very responsive and answered my follow up questions. Would shop with again!
Exceptional service! Good pricing, efficient to deal with, great customer service, and highly qualified installers. Superior to Costco or Best Buy.
Warren took care of all our issues. Got our Sonos acct set up properly; fixed our Issue with the settings on one of our TVs and then taught us some really cool tech stuff to make our viewing experience even better. Our entire experience from install to now with the Hoyt team has been a pleasure Dave & Sharon Cook
