had such an amazing first experience at house of coffee! The entire staff and barista’s are so kind! The music was perfect background noise! Such a beautiful atmosphere all around! The coffee was so good! I also got an iced The coffee was so good! I also got an iced Matcha and that was phenomenal! The croissants and the Cruffin, were delicious.Will definitely be returning!
⭐️ Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. For a café, the most basic expectation is to have someone who actually knows how to prepare coffee. Unfortunately, none of the staff seemed to know how to properly make a coffee or cappuccino. The quality and preparation were simply not acceptable for a coffee shop. The menu doesn’t display prices, which is also very frustrating and feels unnecessarily unclear. On top of that, the large tables are occupied by single customers, leaving other customers with nowhere to sit. There doesn’t seem to be any staff supervision or consideration for the overall customer experience. The café itself is beautiful, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Sadly, the staff clearly isn’t properly trained or prepared to operate a café at the level the beautiful space suggests. A beautiful place means very little if the basics — good coffee, transparency with pricing, and proper customer service — aren’t there. Hopefully, management takes these issues seriously and invests in proper staff training.
Really enjoyed House of Coffee! I had the Chai Tea Latte, and the kids loved their mint gelato. The staff was friendly and professional, and they even gave us an extra bowl of gelato on the house. The interior is beautiful, with such a creative use of the space for both socializing and office/work space. Definitely worth a visit! We will be back!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ House of Coffee is SUCH a cute spot! The second you walk in, you can tell how much thought went into the space. It’s beautiful, cozy, and has such a cool atmosphere with the upstairs seating and all the little details throughout. It’s the kind of coffee shop you actually want to sit down and stay awhile instead of just grabbing your coffee and leaving. The atmosphere was great, the coffee and croissant was even better, and I will absolutely be back! ☕️🤍
Stunning is the first word that comes to mind when you walk in. You can tell someone put in a ton of attention to detail. Not only that, they have teamed up with one of the best local pastry shops so you aren’t eating plain boring food out of a plastic wrapper. I will definitely be back!
