I have been going to Jaci for a little over a year now, and the transformation she and the entire House of 39 team have made with my hair is truly incredible. At my very first appointment, I came in with extremely bleached, dry, and damaged hair, and today my hair is healthier and more beautiful than I ever thought it could be. I’ve attached my before-and-after photos because the difference truly speaks for itself! Beyond the results, the atmosphere at House of 39 is unlike any salon I’ve been to. Jaci and every stylist are so welcoming and personable, and they immediately make you feel comfortable and at home. Every appointment feels like you’re catching up with friends while also knowing your hair is in the best hands. One thing I especially appreciate is how much Jaci and the salon genuinely listen to their clients. I always leave with exactly what I asked for, while also receiving honest recommendations about what my hair actually needs to stay healthy. They have also gone above and beyond to accommodate me, even when I’ve needed a last-minute appointment. I can genuinely say I have never had an experience with a salon like I have at House of 39. The level of care, talent, consistency, and attention they give their clients is unmatched. After seeing what they have done for my hair over the past year, I know I have found my forever salon. I truly cannot recommend Jaci and House of 39 enough!

I spent $5,878.73 at this salon across several appointments, and I’m including my transaction history because the owner actually argued with me about how much I spent. I was realistic about having a major color correction. The color correction itself was not my complaint. The extensions selected did not match or blend with my hair. The extensions were installed July 26. I raised concerns with my stylist five days later, on July 31, while I was on vacation, and followed up again afterward. Within days and after only one wash, I was also concerned about numerous bonds. I’ve decided to cut my losses and have the extensions professionally removed elsewhere. I’m including the salon’s after photos along with my own. I was never sent a front facing photo.. The owner also told me it had “been a month.” It had been two weeks and two days, post service, until she finally contacted me. I had already raised concerns five days after the installation and again afterward. There was no month-long delay. But the truly bizarre part of this experience was my phone call with the owner, Jaci. Her voice was raised from the beginning. She spoke at a mile a minute, constantly talked over me, and barely allowed me to finish a sentence. The tone was incredibly condescending—like I was a child being reprimanded for questioning her exclusive salon. She argued about what I spent, insisted I had agreed to a brand-new, exclusive Great Lengths bond technique that I had literally never heard of until that phone call, and disputed how much hair I purchased. Then it was essentially: What do you want? Come in. Look at her head. THAT is what seven bundles look like. She told me my photos looked bad because I was holding my hair up and that I was comparing my bonds to non-Great Lengths bonds. It was surreal. Every concern I tried to raise was met with another loud, rapid-fire explanation of why I was wrong or simply didn’t understand their exclusive service. I wasn’t questioning Great Lengths. I was questioning the result on my own head. At one point I managed to tell her, “You’re being really mean and you’re yelling at me right now.” She denied yelling, lowered her volume slightly, and immediately went back into the same nonstop rant. I finally had to interrupt her because I could not get a word in and said, “I’m never stepping foot in your salon again. You scare me,” and ended the call. I’m intentionally not naming the stylist. Things can go wrong with a service, and I wish her well. My issue is the result and the completely unacceptable way the owner handled my concerns. Receipts, salon photos and my own after photos are included. People can make their own assessment.
House of 39 Salon is absolutely beautiful, and from the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is fun, welcoming, and professional. Jaci, the owner and my stylist for over six years is incredibly talented and truly stays on top of the latest trends. One thing I love is that the entire team is certified in Great Lengths Extensions, which speaks to their commitment to ongoing education and excellence. I had a full highlight with baby foils throughout my hair, and the thing I’m most impressed by is how beautifully the blonde grows out. It’s been twelve weeks, and my color still looks so natural. There are no harsh lines where the highlights meet my roots, and I know that’s because of the skill and the thoughtful placement of every foil. So many people compliment my color, even months after my appointment. Finding a stylist who can give you beautiful color on day one is great, but finding one whose work still looks amazing three months later is something special. If you’re looking for a gorgeous salon, a knowledgeable team, and hair that still looks incredible months later, House of 39 is the place to go!
It has been over a decade since I've had Great Lengths extensions, and I finally decided to get them again. It's a very big investment, so I wanted to make sure I found the right stylist. I did. :-) Carly spent so much time with me during my consultation, addressing all my concerns and walking me through the process, ensuring I was comfortable. My extensions are PERFECT. She matched my hair color(s) perfectly - my husband and friends are blown away with how natural my hair looks, even at about 8" longer and much fuller! I can't recommend Carly and the beautiful House of 39 salon enough.
I’ve been going to Jaci since 2020, and I can honestly say she is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. Having lived in multiple cities over the years, I’ve experienced a lot of salons and stylists and none compare to her talent, professionalism, and consistency. She not only delivers incredible results every single time, but also truly listens, understands what works for you, and makes every appointment feel comfortable and personalized. Whether it’s color, cut, styling, or overall hair health, she is exceptional at what she does. Watching her open her own salon is such a well-deserved milestone, and I couldn’t be happier for her. If you’re looking for someone you can fully trust with your hair, I cannot recommend her and her team enough.
