Hotel Indigo Jacksonville-Deerwood Park by IHG

At the last minute we found ourselves in need of a hotel in Jax. We settled on Hotel Indigo and it was really good. Parking and checking in was a breeze. The location is very good. Most of the interior of Jax is within a 20 minute drive thanks to the hotels proximity to the highway. There is food available downstairs or several restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance. The hotel is next to a lake with a bunch of turtles. My kid loved that. Our room was clean and roomy. The hotel was quiet and beds were comfy. The shower was extra great. It was a roomy walk in with space for several people…you know if you’re into that sort of thing. I didn’t interest too much with staff but they were quick and nice. I’d definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel Thursday, June 11th for 3 nights. It was an excellent vacation. The food was delicious and the variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. We did not have to leave the hotel to eat out at any time. Chef Steven and his staff, Candice and Sou-chef Jeff went the extra mile to make our large group of 10 meals with not a long wait time. Chef Steven and Bartender/waitress Candice worked extra hard to accommodate our large group for the first two nights then a group of approx. 25 people on Saturday night. Candice made the best drinks and they were very pleasant.

Great stay for a work trip. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and my room had a really nice lake view. The location is excellent and convenient, with restaurants and other places nearby. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I also liked the spacious room and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. A great option for business travel, and I would definitely stay here again.

She was incredibly welcoming, professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. Elena has a genuine way of making you feel comfortable and valued as a guest, and her positive attitude truly stood out. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Elena is definitely an asset to Hotel Indigo, and her excellent customer service deserves to be recognized.
