First time there and definitely won’t be my last. Had an amazing experience all the way around. Coco gave me a wonderful partial balayage, and it was exactly what I wanted! Then I hopped in Natalia’s chair and she gave me an express Brazilian blowout and a beautiful haircut, again, exactly what I had asked for! Both girls are so talented and were professional and sweet. You can tell they love what they do and where they work. 💛

I didn’t receive the hair style I wanted even though I reiterated multiple times the exact style I wanted and had a thorough conversation with picture before the service. I explained that I’ve been to other places and have been unhappy with the results and I only wanted the truth if the hairstyle could be done. I requested a voluminous bouncy blow out with layers. I explained I wanted to keep as much length as possible but, really wanted my hair like the inspo pictures I showed. When I mentioned after the first style was complete that I was not like the picture, she went back over and curled it with a curling iron. Overall she maintained professionalism even though I was dissatisfied. I mentioned that I liked the hair but it was not the style we talked about. She also charged me 10 extra dollars to curl my hair even though I stated I was dissatisfied. I still paid and I tipped because nevertheless time is money. It’s disappointing because I am on active look to be a recurring customer. Although I will not be back, I do hope this post can be some sort of positive feedback and the hairstylist is able to take the constructive criticism. My hair dropped immediately as I expected it to, I went to another hair salon to get a second opinion and they stood in agreement with me. Besides the hairstylist not being able to achieve the look this place is nice, the staff overall seemed nice and you should get your own opinion for hair services. In the event that you want the inspo I wanted I recommend to go somewhere else. The inspo will include TikTok’s, my personal photos will not so you can compare.

She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and I absolutely love how my haircut turned out. The experience at Hair Cut and Honey was wonderful, and I will definitely be coming back to see her again. Highly recommend Natalia to anyone looking for a stylist who truly cares about her clients! 💕

coco did my balayage & she truly exceeded my expectations. she pays close attention to detail & corrects anything that she does not deem the best quality which i appreciated greatly. a friendly & positive experience overall 10/10 would recommend to anyone! (:
