I am incredibly grateful for the care I received from Hometown Home Health during a very difficult and vulnerable time in my life. Everyone I interacted with was kind, courteous, compassionate, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me with ordering my colostomy supplies and kept me informed throughout the process, including communicating with me about any delays or hold-ups. That communication meant so much to me. My nurse, Chelzie, was absolutely excellent. She provided care with such compassion, gentleness, and professionalism. When changing my wound vac dressing, she was always very careful and gentle, doing everything she could to minimize my discomfort. She was also an excellent communicator—she always let me know when she would be coming and was consistently on time. Chelzie helped me feel safe, comfortable, and cared for during a challenging time. Her kindness and compassion truly made a difference in my recovery. I highly recommend Hometown Home Health and am especially thankful for the wonderful care I received from Chelzie. She is truly an exceptional nurse!
My experience with Hometown Home Health was awesome. Glenna was/is the best. She explained everything in detail. At no time did I feel like I was recovering on my own. She was always kind and available. And walked every step with me. Thank you Hometown and Glenna Kay. You will never know how much your patience was appreciated.
I would like to say I have had Home Health several times and my experience with Hometown Home Health is Awesome . My Nurse Peggy has gone above and beyond for soothing my concerns with my health She is always Uplifting and Comforting I have had PT Evaluation from Laudette and OT Evolution with Kristi they both are very through and concerned with my progress and daily living activities. My PT therapist Steven is so concerned with my health and pain during therapy, He eases me through my exercises and stretches. He pushes me on the days he can and encourages me on my painful days to do as much as I can. I also have OT with Jackie she has given me great ideas to help with dressing and getting into and out of the bed. She also has great exercises for eye hand coronation and balance. I will use this group again. The entire group is wonderful they have met my physical needs and more important my emotional well being
Absolutely the best!! This is my 2nd time with Honetown and the care is topnotch. Tera, RN has been with me both times. This time I was blessed with Jana, LPN, amazing. God places people in your life for a reason I'm sure that's why he put Jana with me!!!!! I love that they tell you we're always here for you and they mean it. I didn't need alot of extra help on this side of my journey but last time I had a few issues I had to text and send pics and they were on it. Hometown has the most caring, compassionate staff from scheduling to the end. I will always recommend to everyone and request them for my care in the future!! Thank you all for being a blessing to those in need!!!! You took wonderful care of me and loved my Dolly too.
Hometown is the most incredible home healthcare I could have ever asked for. I needed Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy and Wound care for a broken ankle. I was very fortunate to have received top quality Therapy from the Best team you could ask for. Kudos to Spencer and Glenna for my physical therapy. And, Tyler for my occupational therapy.
