I have used Hometech since 2019. Incredibly knowledgeable and extremely honest!
Mr. Lord is really great. He and his team are very thorough and detailed. He has a lot of experience and does his inspections as they should be done, objective and unbiased, so you get the most accurate depiction of the property you are looking at. He is honest, helpful, and goes above expectation. He went above and beyond to provide added information we needed without hesitation or added cost when we needed more, he even returned to the property for more pictures on his own time. I don't think you will find anyone as good or fair. I would highly recommend, just as he was recommended to me by several others.
HomeTech Home Inspections is the best! I always recommend them to my clients! Very professional and knowledgeable!
Tabor Hill inspected my home prior to purchase! I don't think I've EVER had a home inspection as thorough as this one was! Thankfully nothing major or of any huge concern was found! I love the quick turn around with the results! The photos and descriptions were completely clear in explanation. Very grateful to have been assigned James Cox as our inspector!
