The tile job was awesome. The demo not so much. They damaged walls and baseboards and dented our fridge. We sent in a review directly to Home Depot but we never heard back from them. $10k job and they didn’t bother to respond. Again the tile job was awesome and the guy was great. That is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars. Also, the company that was hired quoted 3 days but it ended up taking almost 3 weeks. Not sure we will use Home Depot for projects again.

We had three different carpet installs and installers this year and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Ernie was my store salesman who guided me through a sea of options. I chose the Lifeproof brand and padding and it feels great!
From start to finish, the Home Depot team did a great job with the floor installation ordering and scheduling for installation. The Home Depot sales person was very friendly, professional, and paid attention to every detail. The entire process was smooth, and the finished floors look amazing. I highly recommend the tech Anthony that installed the floor to anyone looking for quality flooring installation!
No complaints with the installer, however a plastic strip fell off that holds the glass in place and I have been getting the run around from Home Depot to get it repaired!
The team was exceptional in all aspects, the sales rep knew the process and the equipment. The installation was beyond my expectations, they knocked it out of the park. The finance department was available and on time. Ownership showed a deep desire to make quality assurance bedrock of their business. A job very well done!
