Home Remodeling & Maintenance Inc.

Momo and crew did a phenomenal job. From first call, to quote, to final completion I was very pleased! He took before and after photos. He was very fair and upfront on pricing. His level of craftsmanship and detail was phenomenal. He completed two tricky corners or fascia board rot, repaired loose shingles on my roof and trimmed a palm tree that was hitting my gutters. I highly recommend Momo and have no doubt he would do a great job in all of his services. The next contractor call at my home will be to him first.

This was the best contractor and repair service experience I have ever had and I have been a home owner for 30 years. Home Remodeling and Maintenance Inc. is a highly rated, five star business and then some. They are honest, fast, high quality and more than willing to go the extra mile to put a smile on your face and I am not kidding. They applied Hardie board siding to our house, reconstructed a dilapidated shed that was attached to the house and then painted the entire exterior. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The entire crew was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, polite, hard working and clean! On top of that they were the best quote we received to complete the project. Who could ask for more? I highly, highly recommend this company!

We recently had our windows installed, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and respectful of our home. They took the time to answer all of our questions and ensured everything was installed perfectly. The quality of the windows is excellent, and we’ve already noticed an improvement in both appearance and energy efficiency. The installers cleaned up thoroughly when the job was complete, leaving everything spotless. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer service.

Could not recommend them enough. Truly amazing to work with. We had a previous contractor do our siding and they couldn’t get the job done correctly. These guys came out, figured out the issues, and fixed everything the right way. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work and don’t just rush through jobs or skip steps. Everything was done properly and up to code. They showed up on time, communicated well, and paid attention to the details. It’s hard to find contractors that take this much pride in their work these days. Total lifesavers and I would absolutely use them again.
