Hogan Creek Towers

I became a new resident last week. I could not have been treated better. Miss Bryant and her staff have been great! The apartment is great. If i didn't have it i would be on the street.The apartment is beyond what i was hoping for. The staff and security is so respectful. A great building to live in!

I pay my rent diligentlt monthly. I don't call the office unless I have a work order. Hogan creek doesn't have a problem with me because I stay to myself. I lost money in the soda machine twice over 5 months ago. I was told the soda man comes on Friday n guess this is when I suppose to be reimbursed. I've been trying for months to get a refund. If I come down she's w a client or I went one day office hours n no one buzzed me in so I left. call I'm puton hold til I call backI. Or I'm told I'm w a client. Or call can't get anyone so I leave a VM. No One calls me back or think enough to call me back. If I come to the office she w a client so no help. I respect you're w others soo how am I suppose to be acknowledged. You all need a better system than this. Don't ignore me n I pay my rent every month. I shouldnt have to harass u all for my refund. I'm a client too. The very least u could have done is call me back months again n b4 I kept calling n resolve this. Went to office again could only get a portion of refund second time. I'm still owed more. So guess I got to go tho same junk until I get the rest . Smh

I’m helping my Uncle get set up with housing at Hogan Creek and had the great pleasure of meeting with Miss Bryant and her team. Navigating this process can be taxing, so I needed someone with patience and information. I found this in Miss Bryant. She lead with compassion as she gave us insights into the approval process and details on the property. As someone that does not live locally, I am at ease knowing he will be in good hands once he moves in. Top notch service through and through.
