Höegh Autoliners Inc.

Company did not provide notice of arrival.. Furthermore, when I arrived at the port the company had not forwarded proof of payment to the shipyard, causing me hours of delays and port escort time. Once I arrived to the vehicle I realized they caused $8000 of damage to my vehicle roof by clipping a low overhang of some kind despite reserving an oversized spot. In response they offered $500. Terrible terrible terrible service in almost every way.

I've gotten the phone answered approximately 15% of the time and zero callbacks after multiple voicemails. They constantly drop the ball and can't hold to promises made. You're much better using Wallenius through Savannah.

Worse company every. They stile things from my car, and now they are pointing fingers and everyone else instead of admitting that we trusted them with our stuff and they just stole. Head my warning go somewhere else

We sent our van with the company Höegh and they stole our belongings, forced the doors, and damaged our vehicle. Nobody is taking responsibility for this!
