HitSquad Elite

I’ve been going to HitSquad Elite since September 2025, and it’s the first gym I’ve ever joined. The spin and fitness classes are amazing, and every workout is well planned and designed with members in mind. 5 am spin is my favorite. The coaches are supportive, motivating, and make everyone feel welcome regardless of their fitness level. The community is incredible, and I actually look forward to working out. Highly recommend HSE to anyone looking for a positive and encouraging fitness environment!

My husband found HSE specifically for our kids. They’re the only athletes gym we’ve found that actually cares about the growth and health of young athletes. They are committed to helping each child improve in their strength and abilities on and off the field of play. To my surprise they also have a huge variety of adult group fitness classes as well. When I found this out I started working out there while my kids were in their classes and I’ve quickly become a regular. The staff and instructors immediately felt like friends. They all take time to get to know you, your family, your interests (in fitness and otherwise!), and they genuinely care about your fitness goals and strive to make sure you’re on track to reaching them. Including creating classes to include the interests of all the regular members. In the short time we’ve been members (6 months) our entire family has benefited greatly from being involved with HSE. My kids have seen muscle growth, they’ve gotten faster in their sport, more confident overall and they love working out. I have fallen in love with the gym again and look forward to the new season of classes launching in July. If you’ve been looking for a place to work out that pushes you to be better, encourages you to excel and also feels like friends getting together for happy hour - HSE is that place.

Absolutely love every class I’ve taken so far, but my heart is in the spin classes! I’ve never done spin prior to finding this wonderful location, and I’m hooked. Melissa is an incredible human, business owner, and instructor. She has a vibrant spirit that makes the 5am class worth the wake up 🙌 I love the silent spin concept, the spin studio itself, the incredible full body workout that it is, and her curated playlists!! This is a great place to have a kid, teen, adolescent even an adult join. The programs they offer are super beneficial and they not only promote training for athletic programs but also for fitness and they encourage a disciplined mindset for academics and sports for our young kids. My son absolutely loves his coaches and the staff there at HSE. This is a great addition to our county for young kids and adults to have. Definitely needed and appreciated in Nassau county!
