I'm not going to lie: I haven't owned a VW in over 25 years, BUT they were the shop I faithfully went to then for any work I had done on my Jetta. Their prices were good & I never had to come back for the same reason. Losing them was like losing a good barber. Glad to see you're still doing your thing Hilltop Motors Team!

Zero professionalism from this place. I came in showed my issues via pictures/documents from another shop and no one seemed to care but they told me to leave an invoice. Advised I can bring the vehicle in because I am local but nothing on that in the moment. Left the invoice one week went by I call to check in. Got told to just bring it by which I already offered because I guess they haven’t had the time to view my invoice which was a literal waste of my time. So I said okay are you all busy it’s fine advising that I can go with someone else if needed then I get told well if it’s not a every day drive just bring it by and we will look at it in a few days. What’s the point of your invoices if they aren’t used to be efficient and why would I leave my vehicle somewhere that keeps 0 track of their invoices. I tried to be nice and professional but this place clearly lacks professionalism would not recommend. Few days left at the shop that probably hasn’t even placed the order for the parts would clearly turn in to a few weeks easily.

I have over 3 years of documented trouble with my 2007 VW Convertible Engine Coolant System! I shelled out hundreds to Hilltop to address and yet they could not resolve the issue. Bring it by periodically and we will top it off, I was told. Meanwhile, I was breathing noxious fumes! I have now finally replaced my plastic radiator across town, elsewhere. Last time I was at Hilltop, Glenn scolded me for allowing AAA to tow my car to another shop when it failed to start. That issue was ultimately resolved by Hilltop after spending another pile of dough. Unfortunately when the coolant problem resumed not long after, I discovered the battery disconnected and the air hose assembly into the engine detached! I could have run into serious trouble on the road! No, not the level of service needed nor expected after all the money I've spent there! Boo and byebye Hilltop!
