Stay away from this place. They never have anything in stock and are way over priced. There is one guy working on their equipment so if you need warranty work then plan on not getting your stuff back for a long time. There is a reason the inside of their shop is packed from wall to wall with the same mowers each time you go up there. It’s because nothing is being fixed.
John, owner / mechanic. This man went over and above to take care of my mower repairs. Had trouble with other repair facilities warranty issues, not I did not buy my mower from there but I wish I had, if I had purchased it there it would I've been ready to go from the beginning. It's about a 70-mile round trip from my home to his repair shop. He picked up and returned my mower under warranty. I can't say enough about the quality in repairs and the customer service I have not experienced customer service like this in a long time I highly recommend Hilliard truck and Auto
If you're looking for a new lawn mower, look no further. These guys get things done! Their customer service is top notch. I called on a whim after dealing with tractor supply (long story with them 😆) and home depot I could not get a mower delivered to fernandina. I called Hilliard Truck and Auto, left a message. Got a call back within a couple of hours. Robert told me what they had in stock and within an HOUR had the new mower sitting in my driveway. The delivery driver, Marcus, was awesome and gave me a run down of the mower basics. Great guys, super friendly, and helpful! Thank you guys! SUPPORT LOCAL!
John was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He really knows his equipment and services what he sells. It was a pleasure doing business with him and the Cub Cadet lawn tractor is high quality and well rated.
Good prices and service on all small engines. Carries all the major brands and the prices are competitive to Internet pricing and big box stores. Only place I will go to for Echo small equipment.
