Tyler was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to properly diagnose the issues with my HVAC system instead of immediately pushing me toward a full replacement. Tyler verified the previous diagnosis, replaced the blower control board, contactor, and capacitor, then restarted the system and made sure everything was operating properly in all modes. He was also straightforward about the age and condition of my system and explained what I could realistically expect going forward. I really appreciated that honesty. It’s refreshing to deal with a technician who communicates clearly, documents his work, and gives you the information you need to make your own decision without any pressure. Tyler represented Hickman’s extremely well. I would absolutely request him again and recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service. 5 stars all the way.
This was my semi annual check up. Zach came out, checked everything, flushed my system, and made sure everything was working perfectly. Zach is personable and professional. Five star rating all around. Great company with great employees.
Great company!! They gave me the best unit for amazing prices. The whole team was awesome...the owners and Cisca at the office were always there to answer my questions...and Tyler was my technician was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything about my new unit. The technician (Zach) arrived well inside the window given, was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. He listened to my explanation of my HVAC troubles and asked follow on questions to help quickly diagnose my problem. Within 30 minutes (Zach) had my system diagnosed and repaired. I will definitely utilize this company for all future HVAC issues!
After recently having work done on my unit a couple months earlier I was beside myself in disbelief when on Sun morning my temp was way warmer than what I had set it at. SAME issue, cool blinking, outside unit not working. I called Hickman's first thing Monday morning, and Destry was AMAZING! Trully every business person you want taking care of your potential customers! She talkative, prompt, understanding, and what WAS supposed to be at 1:30-3:00 PM arrival was closer to 10:30 AM! So awesome! The awesome technicians figured out wayyyy faster than the previous HVAC (name remaining undisclosed) and it was the fan motor. They arrived the next morning 6 hrs before there stated time to relieve this native floridians misery! Do yourself a favor....don't look anywhere else...your wasting time and COMFORT! TY again Hickman's!!!
