This was best customer service I have received in a very long time!
I don’t understand why Hibbetts doesn’t have military discounts!!! Military service members have fought for this country and the majority of large corporations have a military discount. This needs to be fixed!!
Awesome store! The customer service I received from Shea “butter” was absolutely amazing. She’s very personable and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me with what I needed and I really appreciated that. I recommend you to go into this store for her awesome customer service. Keep up the great work!
The greeting was good, “ Welcome in. “ The shopping experience great they had a good variety to select from (but then they only had limited sizes of certain shoes) The worse was yet to come. They only let you try on ONE FOOT AT A TIME. Da fudge! Maybe it was the location of this Hibbett. That was the most frustrating shopping experience.
