Great experience. Went for an online pick up order and was treated with A1 service. I’m from Miami and we don’t have Hibbett’s out there. Was a great first time experience. Picked up some Jordans and New Balances with ease. 10/10.

I went into the Merrill road location 6 months ago and the ac was out and it was entirely too hot in there. I went in there today and the ac is still out 6 months later it’s summer and those are not safe working conditions for the employees and not a safe environment to be in for customers with just one fan at the counter.
Thank you for your recent email. I would like to take this opportunity to provide feedback on my recent shopping experience. I was incredibly impressed by the exceptional customer service I received during my visit. A particular young lady provided outstanding assistance in helping both myself and my children find the perfect shoes. Her helpfulness and professionalism truly made a difference. Overall, the customer service at your store is excellent, and I genuinely believe it stands out from other retail experiences. I greatly appreciate the positive atmosphere and the dedication of everyone working there. Sincerely, Sandra
Love this Hibbett, always have great customer service!!! One of my favorite shoe stores
Awesome service!!!!!!!! The two young Ladies that helped me were extremely knowledgeable about running shoes, very friendly and patient, and the New Balance shoes they helped me pick out are probably the most comfortable shoes I've owned yet. Big Shout out to Hibbet Sports and their employees. Thank you!!!!!!
