HF Golf & Promo

I have been a customer of Doug's for years, I ordered embroidered hats and had Yeti's engraved in April, the order came in and everything was terrible. The yeti's were not engraved deep enough, only down to the e-coat and we can't redo them so they're unusable. The hats, all 200 of them, were stitched so badly, threads are frayed, some the letters aren't legible ALL of them are this way. Doug asked me to send some hats back to look at, so I did. Then asked me to ship all of them back at their cost, I did so over 2 weeks ago, now after I contacted my sales person to ask what's going on I'm being told " they're back in embroidery to be cleaned up" Then Doug will look through them to see which are acceptable. I am at a loss of how unprofessional this whole process has been. I guess Doug doesn't care about anyone else's business and finds this acceptable.

ATTN DRIVERS***: If you drive a 53’ truck with a sleeper cab.. the easiest way to back into the dock is to Turn from Powers AVE onto Victor St, Then from Victor St. turn onto Dawn Rd.. This puts the facility on your driver side.. stay all the way left partially in the grass and then back in.. watch your tires to clear the pole and drainage ditch.. You can do it :)

This company and specifically Ericka has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has been very responsive and had great communication throughout the entire process. Should I need any other golf promo in the future HF will be my first stop. Thank you all!
