Hero Family Martial Arts

My three children have been training at Hero Family Martial Arts for almost a year, and we have had such a wonderful experience and the team is as part of our family. One of my children used to walk on tip toes, and we have seen wonderful improvement since starting martial arts. Master Roderick and the Castillo family have created such a welcoming and supportive environment for children. Ms. Symonds is truly the heart of this school. It has helped them become more physically active, stronger, and healthier, while also improving their coordination, balance, focus, and confidence. They are learning how to set goals, overcome challenges, stay disciplined, and believe in themselves. We are very grateful to the entire team and highly recommend Hero Family Martial Arts to creating such a positive and supportive environment where children can build confidence, learn self-defense, and develop a strong, positive mindset

We absolutely love Hero Family Martial Arts! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and supported. The instructors are professional, patient, and truly care about each student’s growth — not just in martial arts skills, but in confidence, discipline, and respect. The classes are well-structured, high-energy, and perfect for all ages and skill levels. They do a great job balancing fun with focus, and you can really see the positive impact it has on the kids. The facility is clean, organized, and creates a safe environment for learning.
