Destroyed my fitted cap, i just bought a week ago. I understand if you make a mistake, but according to the guy behind the counter "it looks like a hat". He says nothing is wrong with it and actually argued with me about it. Very un professional and would never recommend this place.🤮 The insert the owner is referring to is called an EZ liner from Amazon that is a foam insert meant for head protection, it is not to shape any hat, it is a safety feature that warehouses require for head protection. I took those pictures at his store, on his counter, and in his face while he was still arguing with me that nothing was wrong with my hat. He wouldn't give me a refund or replace my damaged hat.
This dry cleaning service has proven to be reliable and consistent every time I have used it. I recently gave them a combination of formal and casual clothes, and all items were returned in excellent condition. The staff is very attentive and ensures each garment is properly inspected before and after cleaning. I especially like how they handle delicate fabrics with extra care, which gives me confidence when leaving valuable clothing with them. The finishing quality is excellent, with clean pressing and no leftover stains or odors. Pickup is always smooth, and the packaging is neat and professional. Their communication is clear, and they notify when orders are ready on time. Overall, it’s a dependable service that maintains high standards consistently.
Such a lovely experience here. The kindest man runs this shop, and our dry cleaning was done earlier than expected! Everything looks great. They even returned some money we had accidentally left in a coat pocket. We will definitely be back!

Namer is very kind and helpful when dropping off my cleaning. I get a uniform dry cleaned there and he always spots stains I miss! I also appreciate the attention to detail. My pants are always creased appropriately and everything is hung neatly. The wash, dry, fold service is spectacular at a reasonable price, I can get all my clothes for the week cleaned and smelling great! I've also had a queen sized blanket (not comforter) washed for only like $5 or something? Way cheaper than I expected. I really like this place and Namer always has a convenient time for me to pick up my clothes. I'll be continuing to use this cleaner in it's convenient location for a while to come!
