We’ve built several homes over the years and our experience with Heritage Homes was the best! The quality of their work, the craftsmanship and attention to detail, and their drive for perfection is second to none. The owner and principal Scott Ulm is a man of character and integrity and he and his team exceeded our expectations on every issue. We highly recommend them if you are considering a new home. They are a best in class builder. Ray and Georgina F.
My wife and I had Heritage Homes build us our dream home! We knew we would most likely only do this once in our lifetime so the decision of which builder to carry it out was so important! We are so glad Heritage Homes took us from start to finish! We built a beautiful Southern Living low country cottage style home originally designed by a Wilmington, NC distinguished architect. Heritage never missed a detail and even enhanced the design to meet our needs. We could have not been happier! Heritage Homes many years of experience distinguishes them as a superior custom home builder! Thank you Heritage Homes!
Heritage Homes did a kitchen remodel on my home and they were fantastic. Scott was very hands on every step of the way and his project managers were always available and working hard. The kitchen turned out amazing and I would highly recommend Heritage Homes for a remodel and /or building your dream home!
Heritage did a major home renovation for us. We expected the project to take at least 90 days, but it was completed flawlessly in 2 months. Scott Ulm took personal care to ensure that all work was completed as promised at the agreed upon price. I highly recommend Heritage Homes.
My wife and I contracted with Heritage Homes to build our Custom Designed Home. The entire process was on time and under budget. Scott Ulm is one of the most talented builders in the region. His attention to detail and creativity made our home first class.
