Helping Jacksonville Youth

Thank you for gifts for my 3 children. The process was quick and easy when picking up toys. My son was blessed with a bike as well he has been asking for one, i thank this organization for the help. & for those complaining be grateful for what was recieved the organization isnt suppose to fulfill your children's whole christmas.

I received an approval letter for my 3 children. I usually don't ask for any assistance but my finances are very tight this year and I didn't want my children to lose out on christmas. I was approved back in October, told I would receive a date and location to pick up toys by December 15... crickets. I reached out via email, phone, and finally Facebook messenger. I was ignored on all 3 platforms. Finally received communication via Facebook that they sent me an email and I was supposed to be at the pickup location no later than an hour after they sent that response. Never received the location, though. So obviously, my children won't receive any christmas gifts from this organization because honestly I think they are frauds. Im beyond disappointed at their lack of communication and accountability and i feel so bad for all the other parents like myself who really were looking for a hand up this year. The exact opposite of Christmas spirit.

I’m so thankful for toys for tots and goin out there way to help my family have a blessed Christmas couldn’t have did this without there help God bless everyone there thanks a lot
