Always punctual, she took my place in all onsite meetings/inspections that I couldn’t attend, which was so helpful/invaluable to me. I found Helen more like a project manager than a sales person, I relied on her solid organizational skills to sail seamlessly through the closing process. She met every deadline, delivered every promise. When I list my current home or when I buy another property, there’s no question, Helen is my agent. Helen and her daughters were absolutely wonderful. We had a difficult experience with our lenders and she was there every minute of it to help get things moved along. They made every appointment and viewing happen. Every communication was polite and punctual. Honestly dont think we would have been able to get the home we did without them. Even now months after we moved in Helen personally checks in to see how things are going. I cant give them higher praise. It was my wife and I's first home buying experience. We would still be renting if not for the Kizers. Dont think twice about going with them.
