I cannot say enough good things about Pedro and the help he provided my husband with his VA disability claim. From the very beginning, Pedro truly listened to us, took his time, and made sure we understood everything throughout the entire process. We never felt rushed or like we were just another number to him. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping my husband get the benefits he deserved. What really stood out to me was that his kindness went beyond just what we originally came to him for. He even took the time to talk with me about my mom and the process I’m going through trying to get her a green card. He didn’t have to do that, but he listened, answered questions, and genuinely tried to help point me in the right direction. That alone showed me what kind of person he is. Going through things like VA claims and immigration can feel extremely overwhelming, and having someone who actually takes the time to listen and care makes such a difference. Overall experience was wonderful and incredibly professional. I highly recommend Health Pro Medical for anyone needing a private DBQ or Nexus letter for their VA disability claim. Overall experience was great. Front desk personal were very polite and friendly. The staff in the back were great as well. My doctor who I spoke with, Mrs Silva, was very professional and caring. She did VA C&P Exam, and was very knowledgeable in said exam. Definitely recommend them for your medical needs especially for VA stuff.
