The services are well rounded but the receptionist/operator needs listening skills. Her job is to receive and filter calls. This is very difficult task if there is a lack of listening skills. Because the reason of my call is not heard, I quickly become interrogated. I truly am in need of service coordination for my son, but having to go through this method of triage is brutal. I sincerely hope this issue can be addressed. The rating merely is because of the manner that I am addressed when calling. The CMS services are undeniably high quality.
I am not sure of the previous person who posted is referring to the older lady who works the front but I am. The level of privacy that is used by her is basically nonexistent. I observed her asking a parent what their child was there for/which clinic. It was none of our business why the lady was there. Maybe I am mistaken, but I have always been under the impression that a doctors office uses discretion, but maybe I am incorrect. Corrective action needs to be taken asap.....
They are a great staff. Very professional and courtesy and my daughter enjoy coming to her doctor appointments because when my child is very comfortable with everyone there and they always laughing and greets you with a smile and make us feel very welcome .God bless you all. 🙏 amen
