The dr and office staff at this location are great! The dr Janet Underkofler actually listens to you and doesn't just try to rush you out the door. I feel i get better care with her than I do at their location on Kingsley in Op. The sweet lady that took my vitals signs was very nice. The receptionist was a very likable person, friendly & informative. This office as a whole gets a 10 out of 10 from me. Keep doing what y'all do and I'll keep coming back! If highly recommend this dr office to anyone needing to feel heard by their Dr.
Janet was awesome. Very patient and caring. The front desk lady was super sweet. I enjoyed a nice conversation with her. Overall, I would say this is my favorite location. It is a bit of a drive, the other locations only a mile away but everything else is just so much better about this location.
The office staff is very friendly and proficient Lisa takes the time to listen to me and always addresses my needs and never makes me feel rushed. I have never had a bad experience with them in the two years I’ve been going there.
Very thankful for Janet Underkofler and the staff. They worked me in for an appointment during lunch. They were booked on this day but they made it work. I think they all had a short lunch that day. Great staff!
Great doctor’s office, I really like my provider Lisa! Although today I saw Janet if I remember her name correctly. She was great too, very concerned, professional, and kind. Yvonne, her assistant, was awesome too. Efficient, professional, and caring. 6/8/26 I was greeted when I came in and everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and friendly. I also really appreciate Judy in customer service, for calling me right back after a cancellation. Otherwise the soonest appointment wouldn't have been for another week. Thanks everyone, but a special thank you to Judy❣️
