HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital

I sent to HCA Orange Park Hospital for a cat scan of my skull for bone density. This was the first step is doing non-invasive surgery. The staff was super, I simply could not ask for any better, The young lady that checked us into Radiology was most helpful. The Cat-scan tech helped me line up in the scanner and explained what I was going through with the process. It was quicker than I had been through before. I would say this was the best Cat Scan Team I have been exposed too.

I would like to take this time to give high praise to the staff at this hospital from day one that we arrived at the emergency room And throughout our stay Being admitted the staff has been amazing. I really don't give these praise lightly. But when I receive great care; Credit must be given! we received a visit from surgeons, who gave us a second and third opinion, the nursing staff, the GI Doctor as well was amazing. I really don't know, why this hospital has a low rating. maybe things weren't good before all I can do is speak of my experience. but I'll tell you that from what my mother has experienced at this hospital, we are both thankful. I just had my first child here and it was a great experience. The nurses were amazing and cared for me , my husband and baby. I was pushing for 2 hours and the nurses were amazing at keeping me calm and giving encouragement. I will definitely be coming back to have my other kids here . Only thing I will say I wish was different was two night nurses I had weren’t the best , other than that it was great !

I want to recognize two truly special people who cared for my mother during a very difficult time: Jennifer, her nurse, and Warren, her phlebotomist. My mom is not always the easiest patient, but Jennifer was incredibly warm, patient, positive, and compassionate. She made my mom feel like she was being cared for by family rather than a hospital employee. That meant so much to me knowing that she was in good hands with Jennifer. And then there was Warren. ❤️ Warren touched my heart in a way I will never forget. My mother absolutely hates having her blood drawn, but Warren was so gentle, patient, and reassuring. He took his time, talked to her, and helped ease what is normally a very traumatic part of her day. Watching him care for my mom brought tears to my eyes. Warren was truly meant for this work. I genuinely felt like God sent him to care for my mother when she needed it most. He saw my mother as a person, not just a patient. I will never forget his kindness. Jennifer and Warren, thank you for treating my mom with such kindness, dignity, and compassion. You both made a difficult time a little easier, and I will always be grateful. We are truly blessed to have had you care for her. ❤️
