My experience was very good. I was treated with so much respect and care. The whole care staff was very attentive and helpful. They provided excellent service. The only thing I was a little bothered about was the long wait for labs and test results.
The sign out front said 4 minutes... It felt like 4 hours... I had to leave and go to another urgent care. Safe to say that's my last trip here
It was fine I guess, better towards the end at discharge time. Anytime you come in on an "overdose" suspected u don't really get 5star quality . Doesn't always mean your a drug addict but labeled. I simply mixed the 2 wrong medications...but I still felt like I was labeled a junkie. Guess that will never change but I can say , had it been shands on 8th Street it would've been 10times worse so Thank you Normandy Park for still treating me like a person
Everyone was friendly from check in to check out. Dr. Davis was attentive to my pain points and helped me feel confident with the results. Sherre was gentle and friendly. The whole overall experience was great. This was my first time visiting this particular Hospital. I feel safe in knowing they are close to my home for any future emergency situations. (Knock on wood- none no time soon)
My nurses Ms. Beth & Ms. Lita and Dr. Zeaton and Nurse Leader Ms.Leslie , Charge Nurse Ms Sheree All of your stuff took very good care of me. Everyone was very much so polite and very SWEET. I didn't want for anything.They always make me feel so comfortable when I'm in pain. They ALL WAS so SWEET 🧁 until I wanted to take ALL OF THEM HOME WITH ME. Continue the GOOD work Ladies and the Lord will always Bless you. If I could give y'all (10)⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would.🙏🏾❤️💯
