Put my 10-year-old son in there who has asthma and came down with a horrible cough that was very tight and was causing him to vomit he was coughing so much he can barely breathe the nurses immediately started treatment Dr Callan was AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable very comforting to my son and gave him prescriptions that would help him overcome the condition quickly I couldn't have asked for better service HIGHLY PLEASED AND THANKFUL FOR THIER PROFESSIONALISM CARE AND quick response in getting hi lm taken care of and us sent home after a long day at work. I highly recommend Dr Callan and his team/staff was very impressed great job guys and gals BIG THANKS TOO!
THANK GOD! The first time I went here the woman was very rude . I had bruised ribs from my dog dragging me down to the ground on his leash. I thought I had broke a rib the pain was so horrible. Was treated like I just wanted pain meds. But since then we have been back 3 more times with my nephew and always have been happy with the other employees. So professional, so caring and in and out so quick. I can't say enough about the team they have now. Thank you to all. ❤️
The nurse was fantastic. That was about as good as it got. Dr Smith took all of 3 seconds to look in my child's ear, pronounced it an infection and got irritated with anything I would ask or say. And THEN with insurance I got a $400 bill. For a 30 second visit. Y'all are ridiculous. Next time, I'll go to st vincents.
I went in on July 5th for UTI. I was peeing straight blood and I was miserable. They were very nice got me in and out. Pain meds antibiotics everything was great. However, I my bill was sent to my old house from 10 years ago. I just went over there today to pick up my bill. Was I ever shocked to see the total amount booked to my insurance was $31,000! I'm sorry, but that is crazy. It's attempted fraud!! I was there for a little over an hour and didn't get any level whatever trauma care.
Great facility! The nurses and doctors were very nice and explained everything they were doing and why. They didn't waste time and I was in and out pretty quickly. Definitely beats sitting in a hospital emergency room for hours and hours. Highly recommend!
