HCA Florida Mandarin Emergency

If I could rate 10 stars I would. My husband went in with a kidney stone in excruciating pain (you know the kind you can’t shut up about?) the staff here were quick to get him taken care of. His medication makes it difficult to get care sometimes due to its nature- but the staff took EXCELLENT care of him. Not only did they give him the amount of pain meds he needed but they never looked at us like we were drug seeking. They were so courteous and sympathetic and the whole experience was honestly amazing. This is the second time we’ve gone to this location and we’re met with above and beyond service. These doctors and staff are our lifeline! Thank you for your help

I went in for a sinus infection and had a really good experience. The staff was very fast and efficient, and everyone was kind and professional. Nurse Michele was especially great! she was very friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable during the visit. The doctor was also attentive and made sure I was taken care of quickly. Overall, the visit was smooth and I really appreciated how quickly they helped me while still being kind and patient.

When I arrived at the ER I was taken back to a nice clean room immediately. I was welcomed with smiles by everyone I came into contact with. All were very professional. My Doctor (apologies for not remembering names) listened to my concerns, ordered appropriate tests, and explained the results ... no rushing ... giving me time to ask questions. She gave me a plan to wellness and sent me home to recover. Other ERs have taken up to 7+hours to do the same care. I'm so very pleased and thankful to have found HCA Florida Mandarin ER!! I've already recommended them to many of my family and friends should they help! Thank you, one and all, for your excellent care.

The cna or pct was amazing. He was very personable. The ambulance was supposed to take me to Baptist south because my pressure was 221/134 but they chose to drop me here. My dad didn’t find ne until 3 hours later. I didn’t have my phone. Asked could I use the phone to call my dad it never happened. I’ve come here before to bring my kids for other issues. I would never come here for a severe sickle cell crisis.
