HCA Florida Jacksonville Primary Care - Towne Center

What can I say, I had been a patient of Dr. Jaya Krishna for about 6 yrs now (I used to go the University Blvd, but due to the long distance driving from home, I decided I needed to switch to this Town Center location for being nearer to me), and she knows my medical issues, my quirks, my preferences as to which meds are needed by my body when I get sick and she straight up really gets me. She is very thorough and very accommodating to my requests to have her be my daughter's PCP, as well. Made for a happy Mama here, for I know my daughter will get the best medical care she really needed. And as if that wasn't good enough reason to love her and her practice, all the staffs and medical assistants. Ms. Gabby is very caring, great listener, understood how this Mama feels about her child, and provided great follow up calls. Ms. Mickey, she's so cool and very easy to talk to as we check out. When your favorite Dr has amazing staffs, that just makes the whole appointment from check in, short wait time, very efficient run of the business, I can't find any fault. I just love them all! They're the best team overall! I feel highly blessed to have such a wonderful PCP for myself and my family.

I usually look forward to my appointments with great enthusiasm. My doctor (Dr. Krishna) knows exactly how to take care of me. She says the right things in a very polite and professional manner. The staff, the atmosphere, very welcoming. 10/10

Genevieve Nestor, NP, and her staff are amazing. She was the one who first recognized my father’s heart issue and made sure he got the care he needed. She also worked to find the right balance of medication for his dementia, which has made a real difference. We are very grateful for her knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her patients.
