HCA Florida Atlantic Emergency

I brought my daughter in tonight suffering from vomiting and the staff was not only pleasant but the staff was very friendly and helpful the doctor was a white male don’t remember his name or the male nurse both in black scrubs. But they were exceptionally nice to me and my daughter Kenzie. I live on San Pablo by mayo and I prefer this emergency because the patients matter and are seen before dawn. I want to thank the staff that took care of my daughter. I appreciate your kindness and quickness to help her. I hope your recognized for your excellence

I came to the ER was heavy bleeding. I was seen by Dr. Broom. He was so caring and so attentive. I felt heard. Being a woman of color, it made me feel good that he took my matter serious He didn’t judge and listened. The nature is amazing and attentive as well. I would definitely recommend here, especially if Dr. broom is on duty.

After being hit by a drunk driver while on vacation in Jacksonville, I was brought to your hospital. I have never received care from such a wonderful group of people. Everyone from the first responders at the wreck to the incrediblely sweet and thoughtful male nurse who made sure I had a pretty bandaid with a smurf on it to the night security woman with the beautiful accent; everyone was incredible. It made what could have been a horrible outcome to the vacation to an almost pleasent experience. I wish we had people this nice and considerate at the hospitals in my home town of Macon GA. Great job you guys and thank you again..

Ive been to this location a few times and every time I go, its very pleasant. The Doctor's and nurses here are Great in my opinion. They listen and really try to give you a solution to whatever problem or issue you may be having at the time. There is this one Nurse named Melissa that you can tell really loves what she does. I just have to give her a special shout out for making me feel like I'm not alone and what im going through matters. Thank you Nurse Melissa and staff. Nothing but Great things to say about this location!
