We couldn't be happier with the brass plate that HC Brands made up for us. We finished a new hickory topped farmhouse dining table that was sort of a monumental project and we wanted to plate to attach to the bottom of it as a way to remember this project and when we completed it. This plate was perfect! Thank you!
My experience with HC was simple: slow to make it, they made it wrong, and they didn't give me a refund.
I ordered my notary supply kit. It came fast. They kept me posted on shipping..delivery etc. There were 2 tootsie roll candies in the pakage too...no complaints here...Thank you!
***************DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!********************** Got my custom door signs today. Was supposed to be a gold plaque with our logo etched in. Ended up with a piece of sheet metal with a sticker over it. Absolute garbage product. looks like a 5th grade art project..... Paid about $80 for 2.
The wood paddle is made of good material, but the recipe is not centered and leaves a lot of empty space. I didnt realize I had to put in the notes of my order to get a proof, so I couldn't fix anything. Very frustrating.
