I love this neighborhood!! It's so peaceful and quiet! My favorite part about it is the open space they have at the park. Great space for the kids to play soccer and football!
This place is ridiculous. Get readytp be harassed all the time. The enforcers roll around taking pictures from thier car and do not bother do get out of thier cars to realize seed is put down just like stated in the bylaws. Also god forbid it rains a week attaight and you dont cut your grass. Oh and because they dont like it but its perfectly legal within the bylaws you will be harrassed for christmas lights past February and they CAM team will cite another neighborhoods rules that you violated. Bring your trash cans in the day thier emptied. You may or may not get hit up for having your company truck in the driveway. Go ahead and park your boat in ther back yard cause thats not enforced. Don't park the wrong way on the street. You pay an insane amount of hoa for bare minimum amenities (ooo a tiny park... thanks).
I have plenty of friends to play with and the neighbors have been lovely the past 7 years
