Matt is a terrific estate planning attorney! He was quick to understand exactly what my wife and I wanted, and was able to clearly explain to us in simple English how he tailored our estate planning documents to make it happen. He's a small family office, so he's truly there for the clients and doesn't think of you as a number. Matt and his assistant Ashley are super friendly, and they work quickly and with integrity. Trust me on this one, we took advantage of free consults with other law firms before choosing Harrod Law. And nobody impressed us more than Matt Harrod. His depth of estate planning knowledge, his ability to explain clearly in layman's terms its complexities and all this combined with his 'easy to do business with' non-condescending manner, what a pleasure! And as if this isn't enough, Harrod Law's legal assistant Ashley is the best. We certainly appreciated her help and guidance from our first appointment to our last. Attorney Harrod provided excellent advice and solutions for concerns I had regarding updating my estate documents. His response to creating a new trust, will and power of attorney was streamlined and extremely timely. Both he and Ashley, his legal assistant, were efficient and very easy to work with. An attorney office is usually not my favorite place to be, but I must take exception with this office. Matt and Ashley have been great to work with from start to finish and I highly recommend Mr. Harrod for all areas of estate planning.
