I was referred to this law group by another attorney. I was put in contact with Casey Steele, I had a lengthy conversation over the phone about my situation. I sent him all the requested files. I called a couple of times to follow up, every time I was told “Mr Steele is about to walk into a meeting and will call you after”. I have yet to hear from Casey. It has now been 3 weeks. I finally got an email response that he didn’t recall certain information that we clearly discussed on the phone and now I can’t get a response back. When you are in dire need of legal assistance and time is of the essence, a simple call back would go a long way.
Alan Rosner saved my life. He fought so hard for me and ultimately got my DUI dropped down to wreckless driving. It was during Covid times and the case was pushed far longer than normal. I really appreciated Alan’s honesty the whole way through, his constant support and his updates always. Their receptionist was always STELLAR as well. She even started to remember my name just off of voice after two conversations If you need help call them!!!!! I’ll never forget you guys. Very rude. Wouldn’t take my case after I asked for a pre settlement loan. They were helpful in the beginning but in the end they were after money like the rest of them. I’m just shocked at the audacity to respectfully decline after asking for the simplest thing. And also knowing that I hadn’t worked since 9/22.
Gerry and Caitlin are an awesome team! My daughter became disabled from several health issues and because of her age ssi wouldn't help her. I was sent to atty Gerry and Caitlin and they absolutely fought tooth and nail for my daughter to get her disability hearing and award. I believe that my father (who past away, whose name was also Jerry) sent us to them because he knew that the angels here to help the people. Thank you soooooo much atty Gerry and Caitlin for all you did for my daughter Barbara ❤️
