The staff was freindly. I found Dr Bhaskar helpful and felt comfortable with him. However my appointment was at 8:15 am. They did not open the office on time. And when I did get in I was told they would not begin the check in process until 8:15 am. As always I arrive early. You are told to be there 15 minutes early to reveiw my information and make updates. My question is at what time are you starting your paying of the staff? I excpect that if I have an appointment at 8:15 am that is to see the doctor. Not to check in. The office should open and be ready for check in at that time. Which should be 8:00 am. I assume this when they are getting paid to start. I would not say this except the exact same thing happened last year. And after they clocked in three of the staff left to go to the cafeteria. They said that is where they were going. So essentially they were on the clock but were not taking care of buisness. I suggest that you look into the point sytem. You will see puncuality increase and missed days will decrease.I had another appointment that day. Emergencys come up with doctors at times. You may be understaffed that day. Delays are accebtable in these cases and these cases alone.If you start your day with your patents 30 minutes behind you will be behind all day. Sorry but I ran a manufacturing plant and punctiality was a staple strarting point for good production. Richard A. Johnson
11aug2026 DR Bhaskar preformed a Bronchoscopy. Him and his support team were outstanding and very proffessional. I would highly recommend him.
Dr Bhaskar is excellent. Very knowledgeable and fun to visit. He is always on time but doesn’t rush your time with him.
The appointment went well. He showed great compassion for me and the way that I felt. He had genuine intentions about my level of care. They don't return phone calls though and I have had three sleep studies in 3 years because they are bad about follow up which means my out of pocket is ridiculous.
Dr. Bhaskar and his whole staff are dedicated professionals. They care about each patient and treat their patients with kindness and c respect.
