It’s been a very long time since I have been to the dentist because of my personal fear from an old experience. After trying one office Skymark which was awful. All they told me was I had an infection, they were not capable of pulling the tooth and referred me to the worst oral surgeon in the city. 2.9 stars on google. I found Harbour Dental and could not be more relieved. As soon as I was called back, the Dental assistant Erika made me feel super comfortable and almost made me forget I was nervous to have a broken tooth examined. She did the scans and the X-rays but made sure I was good the whole time. Very shortly after I was seen by the Dentist who explained in great detail what all was going on. He also immediately assured he could perform the extraction without sending me down a dark alley. They informed me on all of what was and was not covered through my insurance so there were no secrets. Ultimately very impressed so far. I would certainly recommend this office.
The funny thing I came there because I had an appointment however they did not take my insurance and to most people that would be very disheartening to them, but in this particular case, the staff was so sweet and so amazing and still accommodating, still offered to give me an exam and even when I went back there, the assistant was super knowledgeable so much so I was like darn it. You’re just so knowledgeable. It just makes sense for me to do what you suggested as I was leaving the receptionist was super sweet and was telling me because my mom actually goes here which is why I went here based off of her experience with Harper dental but the receptionist said hey I already added you to the share, the love from your mom being a patient and I didn’t ask her to do that. She just did it on her own. I know that this might sound like a minute thing to most, but in the world in which relive where we’re faced with so much unkindness, it’s warms your heart to just be in a place with genuinely sweet people, and that was my experience at Harbor dental
The Dentist was upfront with everything. He was able to pull up a 3D image and X-ray of my teeth. I was able to fully understand what was going on and what to do based on his recommendations. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
Had a super pleasant experience at Harbour! The environment was friendly and calm. Erica was a joy to be around and very knowledgeable. Dr. M was knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and provided recommendations to keep my teeth healthy. I’m happy to have them as my dental care providers 😊
It was my first time going and it went really well. The staff and Doctor were extremely friendly and helpful. Erika made me feel safe and comfortable with the whole procedure, I would definitely be coming back.
