We have been with Happy Guys Pool Cleaners for a long time and could not be happier with the pool service they provide. The pool water always looks clean and clear, and the techs are professional, helpful, and easy to work with. During periods of unusually cold weather, they came out to check the pool system several times to make sure the pump, valves, and other equipment were working the right way and that no problems were developing. At one point, just before a cold snap, one of the valves failed and the spa was losing water. Even though they were busy helping many customers, they sent Sean out quickly to repair the equipment and prevent bigger issues. After the service visit, they also followed up with us to make sure everything was still running properly and that we were not seeing any other concerns.
