I recently had the pleasure of working with Hansen Marine Services, and I can't express enough how impressed I am with their exceptional service. From the moment I reached out, Clay, the owner, was incredibly kind and attentive. His extensive knowledge of the industry truly shines through, making the entire process not only smooth but enjoyable. I want to give a special shout-out to Ryan for his incredible technical expertise, especially with marine air conditioning. He expertly removed our old Dometic AC from a tight space with remarkable ease and installed the new model flawlessly. What I appreciated most was that Ryan took the time to explain everything he was doing whenever I had questions. He never once made me feel like I was an annoyance, which speaks volumes about his professionalism and customer care. I will definitely never use anyone else for AC or water maker work! Utterly unprofessional. Will not contact you back actively avoid taking phone calls will not respond to business inquiries consistently acts as if they do not need your business. I’ve heard this from many other cruisers as well as my personal experience. Take your business elsewhere
Great service. Called while at sea because our refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly. Clay took the time to tell us how to troubleshoot - and then had the parts ready to install as soon as we docked. I would liken this to a NASCAR pit stop. They were on our boat and repairing our refrigerator within an hour of docking so we could be on our way. Excellent and courteous service.
Very knowledgeable. Did great work for us several times. They show up when they say they would. Handled our A/C problem efficiently. They are very fair and treated us well. Will definitely use them again.
My 1997 Navigator 4200 has two air conditioning units. The upper unit stopped functioning just as it was beginning to get hot. My marina recommended Hansen Marine services and I'm glad they did. I called Clay Hansen and he sent out a veteran technician that explained the original unit needed to be replaced. I received a quote and after I accepted it, the work began. Chris and Ryan were very friendly and professional installers. They explained the new AC system and installation process to me. After nearly two days the new AC was working perfectly and my boat was comfortably cool. They spent more time installing than estimated but still charged me slightly less than what was quoted. I'm very pleased with their work and service. I highly recommend Hansen Marine Service for your onboard air conditioning or heating.
