Well, I'm leaving my comment here. I've been visiting this store for a long time, and I think I've never been treated so badly. I asked a question to the girl I'd seen before, and she answered me in a really rude way. She doesn't know anything about customer service. I think the managers should fire her because I don't know if I'm the only one who's experienced this. Today I went back to exchange some clothes, and she didn't even say hello. She's a dark-haired woman with a very bad attitude. I'm disappointed. Tell me if this has happened to anyone else.

I wanted to give a shoutout to Keasean at H&M. From the moment I walked in, his personality was approachable and magnetic. Off the jump he was welcoming and very well put together. He helped me throughout my entire shopping experience, guiding me on which pieces worked well together and how to style different outfits. He didn’t just help me shop—he helped curate an experience I won’t forget. Keasean put together some really cool, timeless outfits and made the whole process feel effortless. It felt like having a personal stylist who actually cared about how everything came together. I wanted to highlight him because that kind of customer interaction is what really keeps people coming back. Genuine energy, attention to detail, and the ability to connect with customers is something you can’t teach. Keasean definitely brought that level of professionalism and style to the experience
It’s honestly a great place, many good quality clothing and accessories for good prices. I’ve always had good visits here, however my last visit wasn’t as great. Not sure if they were short staffed but in the second floor, there seem to be just 1 employee, and it was a little busy. I waited in the checkout area for about 5 minutes but no one was there or showed up, so I just decided to go down stairs were it was mostly empty and were most of the employees were, I got checked out almost right away. Despite that, I’ve always had good experiences here, with very friendly staff and great customer service!
This was one of the worst and most disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had in a store. At the H&M in The Avenues Mall (Jacksonville), the store manager, Megan, yelled at me and my deaf daughter while we were in the accessible fitting room — a space my daughter is absolutely entitled to use. Instead of showing basic human decency or understanding of ADA rights, she treated us like we were doing something wrong. When I questioned her unprofessional behavior, she retaliated and trespassed me from the store, as if abusing her power could cover up her lack of training and complete ignorance about disability accommodations. It was humiliating, discriminatory, and flat-out disgusting behavior from someone who is supposed to represent a brand. If this is how H&M treats families with disabilities, then they need serious retraining — or new management entirely. Absolutely unacceptable and shameful.
The collection is good but the people working over there are awful especially the man with short near fitting room has no respect towards customers, treating customers with disrespect. Very bad bad service, never wants to visit again.
