My husband and I were flying in to get married in St. Augustine, and I was in a panic after finding two discolored marks on my dress in a noticeable location. The first place I called was Oceanside Cleaners, where I was quoted $450. Next, I called Handcraft, and Laith absolutely saved the day!! He was reasonable and didn’t take advantage of a desperate bride in a bind. Laith immediately put me at ease and assured me it was nothing he couldn’t fix and sure enough, he cleaned the spots and steamed my dress and veil the day before my wedding. It looked like a brand new dress! I’m so very grateful for his kindness and I highly recommend his services!!
First time flyer for this place and was not disappointed. I arrived yesterday two minutes past closing time and Mr. Laith reopened his shop to squeeze me in to get my bridesmaid dress cleaned/steamed last minute and it was ready the very next day. Mr. Laith is so so kind, he even helped me carry the dress to my car in the rain. Highly recommend using this to place for all your dry cleaning needs, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Laith made my wedding day dreams come true. I bought my dress at an off the rack store, so it had a few blemishes. I was doing some research on dry cleaners in the area and Laith/Handicraft Cleaners had outstanding reviews. I took my dress in on a Monday and he had it ready for me, perfectly spotless, that same week (Saturday). I could not be more thankful and grateful for the amazing service he provided. I will be taking all future dry cleaning to him, even after my wedding day. Thank you Laith, you made the process effortless and I am beyond thankful for your kindness.
Gentleman was nice and very personable. Dropped off a dress shirt, dry clean press and fold. I got it back 3 days later. It looks fine. But $13.50?? I am retired, so maybe out of touch, but this seems extremely high for one shirt..
This place is amazing, professional and my very expensive dress for my daughter’s wedding had a rather large stain on the front of the dress! Leith saved the day I dropped my dress off Sunday and was told to pick up on Tuesday, but he stated to me that since I bought the dress like this and wasn’t sure what the stain was he could not guarantee it would come out or there may possibly be some discoloration on the dress. I went to pick it up today and it was perfect!!! He did an excellent job and I will forever be grateful and will continue to use this dry cleaners for all of my dry cleaning needs!!! Thank you some much, your services are greatly appreciated!!!!
