Very friendly, professional, kind , and right to the point. Sales woman was great she listened to what I had going on what I needed and what I wanted and what I was able to get. Definitely recommend this dealership if you're looking for a car. Ci'naya was her name. If you go ask for her.
Be careful when you go in for an oil change service. They tell you things you don't understand, and when you go to pay for your oil change, the bill comes to over $700. They don't explain things clearly; they are deceptive. Furthermore, there is no way to know if they actually performed all the work listed on the invoice, as they didn't send a report or anything of the sort. Please, be careful.
Fast service with excellent quality 👍
I had a great time with Lya she is an amazing sales woman! She helped me a lot and was a great person to talk to, to make you feel comfortable. Not the same as the sales manager he was rude and was saying we were crazy about a question! But Lya was very sweet and kind throughout the whole situation! If you're looking for a comfortable way to find a car she is your girl!
This is my first time here, and the staff is so professional and courteous! So glad I changed where I will have my 2024 serviced. I am not from this area so I didn't know about Hanania. Thank you for being here😊
