My place was not prepared for move in. No make ready was complete. I even came to view days before I moved on and I was posed everything would be completed and even ask to delay my move on time which I agreed, yet things were not done. Once I moved on it was then impossible for them to complete. I was then ill for a week. My apartments issues took over a month to be done and somethings were done with little to no care as if it was half done. I am very sadden in my experience moving here and even communication of having the issues resolved. Let’s not discuss the wasted paint throughout the apartment. On the floors, carpet, mirrors, even painted the refrigerator. Very poor work. Unbelievable experience!
Omggg astounding Ms Lajuana ms Raquel are soooo amazing I haven't lived in apartment homes in over 20 years and this was very welcoming experience for me and my children thank you for being the best you everyday and making me feel at home !
Raquel and LaJuana were both very pleasant, professional and helpful. Moving is a very stressful experience but the ladies made some important aspects of this process a lot less stressful. During the tour of the apartment we pointed out some minor cosmetic concerns in the unit that Raquel made note of by taking pictures with her phone and assuring us that all of the issues would be addressed and resolved before our move in date and I’m confident that the management team will see to it that the maintenance team will do a thorough job. Thanks ladies we look forward to being residents of Hampton Ridge Apartments soon.
Lajuana Marshall, property manager is fantastic she is willing to work with you as long as you communicate with her. She will do anything she can to help you out the best on her end! She is an absolute amazing women!!!!! 5/5 stars definitely recommend.
The “maintenance” man walked in my apartment unannounced going through my bedrooms bathrooms and out the front door setting off my alarm and leaving my front door unlocked. Instead of the front office apologizing and acknowledging the wrong doing of their employee they continued to downplay the situation and argue with me about my safety and how I should just let it go because it was a “accident” no accountability for leaving my door open or even asking the maintenance man why was he going through the bedrooms and bathrooms. Mind u this is after my daughter car got broken into.
